Return and Refund Policy

Real World Angling LLC offers a 30-day return or exchange policy on new items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Eligible returns will receive a refund to the original payment method, less shipping costs.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. In the event items are exchanged, shipping costs of the new product will be covered by Real World Angling LLC.

All sales are final on used items, however if you are unsatisfied with your purchase we'll do our best to find a solution that works for all parties involved. These exceptions will  be evaluated on a case by case basis.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please send an email to info@realworldangling.com Please provide your name, order number, and the reason for the return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A return label can be provided, which will be deducted from the refund total. If you purchase a shipping label independently, please provide a tracking number to expedite and track your return. Real World Angling is not responsible for returned items that are lost or stolen prior to being received.

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment amount less any shipping costs. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to process the refund. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We pride ourselves in quality products and service and will replace the items or refund the order as applicable. 

Real World Angling LLC reserves the right to deny or reject returns do not follow the guidelines listed above.
